School of Bairrada Wine
The School of Viticulture and Oenology of the neighborhood was created in 1991, its founders and the School of Anadia, in the Bairrada Wine Commission and the Ministry of Agriculture, through the Regional Direction of Agriculture of Beira Litoral. Since its inception the School of Viticulture and Oenology of Bairrada positions in the paradigm of its most ancient roots: the School of Viticulture and pomology of Bairrada, Anadia born in 1887.

In its foundations Espumante was born in Portugal, have highly skilled workers, began to emerge and oenological research the teaching of oenology.

Since it began operations, tried to occupy a pivotal role between training and working life. To fulfill this role focus on your study plan for training in the work context of privilege in conjunction with the business sector of the wine.

This connection was privileged in 2000 to create an association that owns the school and, now, is beyond Ministry of Agriculture, Wine Commission and City Council Anadia some of the major companies in the region of Bairrada.
